Online Occupational Health and Safety Training



McDonald's is committed to providing every employee with a positive and safe workplace.  We believe that no job is so important that we can't take the time to perform the work safely.  As part of your restaurant
management's team, you play a big role in making that happen.

This program will assist you by giving you the opportunity to learn to:

  1. Navigate the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations so that a positive shadow can be cast.
  2. Identify and list the different occupational health and safety responsibilities for different team positions
  3. Define and explain the importance of due diligence.

  4. Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a safe and healthy workplace environment.

  5. List the make-up, the process and the output of the Safety Committee. 
Differentiate types of required inspections.

  6. Conduct an incident investigation.
Perform your role in the early and safe return to work of injured employees.
